There are dual gas ranges, with a full-size commercial refrigerator, a full-size freezer, and a large kitchen island with prep sink. A freestanding ice maker provides up to 100 pounds of ice per day! Within this beautifully updated, fully stocked kitchen, including all the basic baking, cooking, and grilling essentials, you are set for culinary adventures! If you prefer to dine out, Steve’s Marina, Half Shell Oyster House (just a few of our favorites) and many more restaurants are all around the corner for delightful cuisine.

The dining area features several seating arrangement options, perfect for enjoying a meal or an extreme game night! Throw open the French doors and move your gathering outside, to enjoy the private covered patio on a cool night.

The primary bedroom features an en-suite bathroom, complete with a large walk-in shower and a soaking tub. The second bedroom boasts queen over queen bunk beds, with an attached bathroom that includes a claw foot soaking tub with shower. The third bedroom sleeps up to six guests with two sets of triple bunk beds, and a third additional bathroom with tub, shower and TV provides additional comfort for more private relaxation.

This home away from home has many extras for your ultimate vacation, including a washer/ dryer, beach chairs and umbrellas, shade tents, beach toys, volleyball net, portable street pickleball, smash ball, horseshoes, corn hole, ladder golf, board games/ puzzles, office printer, highchair, pack ‘n play with sheets and oh so much more!

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• This is a dog friendly property - off leash at your own risk and we kindly ask that you clean up after your dog(s).

• NO SMOKING or a $300 fine will be assessed. Designated smoking area outside in parking area is marked.

• There are security cameras at all entry ways, recording 24/7 for security purposes only. There are no cameras inside of the home, only on the exterior.
